APR: Annual Pastor's Report

The 2026 APR deadline is March 15.

2026 Annual Pastor’s Report (APR):

  1. All 2026 APR data must be entered online at https://apr.nazarene.org. There will not be an option to submit spreadsheets.
     

  2. APR resources for users, local churches, and districts are available HERE.
     

  3. New Single Sign-on Login: Any users who have not logged in to the APR or Funding the Mission since the August 2025 system updates will need to set up Multi-Factor Authentication. Single Sign-on help resources and walkthroughs are available HERE.
     

  4. If users had an account in the previous system(s) but are having trouble logging in, they should first click on “Problems Logging in?” at https://apr.nazarene.org. If they are unsuccessful in resetting their password, they should email aprhelp@nazarene.org.
     

  5. Starting/Creating Reports: One of the most common questions we get from local church users is, “Where is my report?” After logging in, users should click the pencil icon to access the report dashboard. From there, they must select the church name and click “New Report” to create a report. Once created, they may click “Edit” to enter data.
     

  6. Nazarene Benefits USA reviews APR data to determine benefit eligibility.
